Its a very big deal, if it doesn't fall apart. America builds stuff too slow. Too many hands have to be greased. In pretty much any Asian country, the whole facility would have already been built in the time since they announced it, along with all logistics and water reservoirs (chips take a lot of water, idk why). Anyways... I'm skeptical that America can do it. Ra ra Murica! Except this is the kind of thing we genuinely suck at. And tbh I wouldn't trust a chip coming out of an American fan anyways.
