How many times have you heard someone say one of the following?

1. “I stopped smoking and feel so much healthier”

2. “I stopped drinking alcohol and I feel so much happier.”

3. “I stopped eating refined sugar and I feel so much better.”

4. “I stopped drinking coffee after noon (or completely) and sleep so much better.”

5 . “I stopped using Twitter because holy hell is that place a toxic clown show of hate and I didn’t realize how poisonous it was until I stopped. Life is pretty good, actually.”

Maybe it’s time you try one (or all) of these for yourself?
