And see a physiotherapist to make sure you are not doing anything stupid to your body.

Just get it in man

I do 3days/week. But I do a lot of sitting. Seeing s physiotherapist helped me correct day to day dumb stuff I was doing to my body. Things feel so so much better and gym is even more fun now.
