FedEx was originally called Federal Express.

Fun fact: There’s a coffee shop in upstate New York that was once called Federal Espresso, a play on words. FedEx sued them claiming it was a trademark violation, so they changed their name to Ex-Federal Espresso, but that didn’t fly either, so they finally went with Freedom of Espresso.

Anyway, FedEx are a bunch of pricks.
