I just found a service called "lokal.so" that charges $5/mo for this, and they don't even take Bitcoin. ngrok is $18/mo (sure, it has a lot of features, but this proxying is/was its core).

Of course you can also find some free providers out there, but they don't last very long as they get abused by spam and illegal websites.
