The other day I was discussing about privacy and CBDCs,

the counterarguments I was given were like:

"I have nothing to hide so I don't care about privacy"

"it's better that they track everything we do, so the ads they show us are more personalized"

It amazes me how most people don't give a shit about being tracked by the government. I guess because they don't know the consequences it brings and will bring.
