Delete is managed on the relay side and since clients are expecting you to use multiple relays there is little incentive for them to add delete as it would appear to a user as a bug simce there's no consensous around honoring delete requests. Current delete function is managed on the relay side. Example, on #NoorNode you send the request for deletion of a note to a moderator and they will process it for you, or you log into the relay user console and process a deletion manually. That removes the note from #NoorNode but if you broadcast the note to other relays we have no control over whether they will also honor the deletion request.
Maybe the clients should add a disclaimer or something regarding deletion
