It’s this code: https://github.com/planetary-social/cleanstr which publishes to its own relay. Nobody asked you to host these reports. Nobody told you to download them. Nobody told you to display them. Your client is connecting to my relay and searching out these reports. Don’t like it? Choose a client that doesn’t do that. Or learn to code change it. It’s not my problem that you don’t understand how Nostr works.

The Nostr client requested these events and choose to display them. Most clients don’t do that but you choose the one that does. I suggest trying a different client or making your own if you’re unhappy with the one you’ve got.
