I shoot em raw with my vitamins and I'm pretty convinced there's nothing healthier you can put in your body. Hope you're immune soon my guy.

I have no idea. I just decided to try it a few years back and been doing it since. If you scramble em in the glass with brown eggs, you get that yolky flavor that is amazing.
