Do you know of any way do do this today aside from using Strike? (Esp as they are only available in very few countries rn)

No….I’m just using regular Lightning wallets like wallet of Satoshi, breeze….

Ok gotcha, was asking because in some places it’s still really hard to off-ramp, if folks need fiat for some bills like rent and gas..
