I buy the squeezed stuff - not the stuff from concentrates and petroleum-based products. In Portugal, I always bought the stuff squeezed in the store. Difficult to do that here in Canada.

The orange juice marketing is terribly misleading. They make it look like they squeeze oranges directly into the cans you buy at the store. lol
The US food system is totally-f***ed. Everything is deregulated and laced with additives. Factory farms with growth hormones and carcinogenic pesticides. The less we depend on the US food supply the better.
