I’m pretty much at the point where I do not believe anything on the market today that is sold as “100% grass fed” is actually that, unless I personally know the farmer selling the product.

No way to verify that claim outside of lab testing. Especially with fats.

Many people are being unknowingly lied to.

This goes for the "beef tallow" craze by commercial restaurants and productions. There's no regulation on the amount of seed oils companies can mix with "tallow" and still be allowed to claim that it is tallow.
