Actually neither side has a deep love for free speech in the abstract. Both sides have blood-loyalties that trump everything else. In this world of human beings it is always thus -- though both sides pretend it isn't. The Left is a long-standing but unstable coalition of Browns who hate White people. The Right -- sad to say, the more insane and unhealthy of the two -- mostly consists of Whites who have irrationally transferred their loyalty to the people who hate them most, the Jews.
