The ops thinking that everyone will self custody on layer 1 is naive and never going to happen , and it’s impossible anyways. It will scale like the rest of the internet. The ETFs are already proving this

I agree, many people don't want the hassle. As far as the tweet, I understand it that it's just saying that cheaper bitcoin for longer means that more people would have the opportunity to own a UTXO.
Have you any opinion what a UTXO minimum size should be?
