One friend convinced that bitcoin mining stocks will outperform bitcoin at some point in this cycle (and that he’ll be able to time this accurately for maximum gains)

One friend reading “Read, Write, Own” Web3 shitcoin narrative instead of The 7th Property (which I sent him a year ago…)

One friend asking me advice on “playing the alt game” and which “alts do I see pumping” because he wants to pay off a car, down payment a home, and make a “million dollars”

One friend WHO KNOWS BETTER still hanging around in alts seeking “small big wins”

Unit bias and the desperate belief among retail that bitcoin “gains” aren’t “fast” enough are both very much alive and well.

This cycle is going to break a lot of people. They are going to make stupid shitcoin mistakes, wrecking themselves, and only then will they come to the realization of just how high the stakes are in this moment…

And then many of them will be big stoopid mad, and somehow this will be bitcoiners fault.

In life, we choose whether to be doomed or not. Most don’t understand this.

Sounds familiar

Funny thing is they see me a some kind of insane closed minded extremist. I’ve literally been called a “Bitcoin Jihadist” 😂

Too many desperate people not interested in replacing a corrupt system. In fact, they can't imagine the system changing.

I just read the first paragraph and it doesn't make sense to read all of it. Your friend is dumb. Hahahaha

Not dumb, but fully indoctrinated to Ivy League credentialism. The authors of the book are more credible than me and the book is more worthy of being read than The 7th Property because of the author’s success as VCs…

He still filtering his thought through the permissioning of credentialism and institutionalism. Many people are like this. I have told him what will happen. It’s now his choice as to how he’ll internalize what I’ve said. Same goes for all of the friends mentioned here.

Ya i know i was giving some ppl info last night and they went the other way the centralized way.. they will figure it out

I refuse to even pick up Read Write Own - I know who wrote it. It’s just priming for their next dump on desperate ass-broken retail exit narrative…
