A “seed phrase” is a human readable bitcoin wallet code.
You can make up your own, or create one with the help of a random generator.
This booklet, fun as it is, is a horrible idea to secure your Bitcoins. Why? Because anybody can easily guess these codes. Maybe someone else is even using the same code!
