The answer to this is for us all to become fully-noded. Becoming 1st Class Satoshi Citizens AND Business by running public/private paired nodes out of our homes and local community server vault/s. Federated, entrusted, portal nodes providing physical servers running Start9 VPNs, LN Bits, BTCPayservers, etc. sheltered within private liquidity lounges. These might start as private cooperatives popping up as hosts for Satoshis-only zones providing afrrdom forum for food, drink, & farmers/food/arts/crafts in a hybrid LN/Nostr trading bazaar. (I am about to plant the seeds for one of these Bitcoiner community cultivators in a college town soon...)

I think LSPs and Noderunners will be wise to Private Membership Associate Membership paperwork as a regulatory prophylactic protecting the Host and the Associate Members.
