As I said, the only thing someone can do to me is to irritate me. Anything they do or any harm they cause, the biggest impact is that they irritate me. Because it won’t change anything related to my relationships or my life. But what I am capable of doing as a result of losing control due to this irritation is something I am not proud of and that I fear. I try to get through it by swearing and insulting to prevent it from escalating to other levels.
