What are your thoughts on nostr os? What is it? What does it look like?
Discussion
I tried it earlier today.
1. Slow to login and retrieve relays and profile.
2. Basic interface, alot like fedilab
3. Has some interesting tabs like most zapped etc..
4. Lightweight app.
Overall its not bad, functionality is good, but not as polished as Amethyst / Onyx
Iβm not talking about the client. Iβm talking about a nostr βoperating systemβ
Ahhh, well in that case do not reccomend.
Full of malware that will rewrite preconceived ideas of freedom, privacy, finance, economy, decentralisation, self custody and personal growth.
Once installed you'll never fit into normie-verse ever again.

Never heared of it... Mind linking? Would like to peek!
No Iβm asking what people imagine it is
Every Unix tool has been implemented using nostr somehow. Also, why not nostrize the whole computer? Implement logic gates and build using those.
modified version of the original open source BlackphoneOS with nostr and native multi-coin atomic-swap exchange pre-installed and with Wire as default messenger.
Extra points if it can brew coffee!
Beautiful in its intentions, but as far as mobile goes, pretty impossible building it from scratch.
Hardware fragmentation and lack of opensourceness make it impossible to build on top of proprietary hardware for mass adoption.
I see a future where some android/java dev forks GrapheneOS, strips it from all normal apps (except for system apps) and replace it with a privacy focused browser and we go with PWA for all the services and apps we normally would use.
A lot of works would come from nostr-based projects devs, accessible via PWA.
This is the future I envision.
Also, fuck you Apple βοΈ
For PC it would not make sense. Just use any Linux based distro and a private browser, you'll be pretty much ok for an avarage user.
