Most who identify as Christians are christian by default. Not by a love of truth. That is why I must emphasize the word tend. There are many lenient and free thinkers within Christianity but I find that most of Christian doctrine does not stem from reality and or history but from mechanisms of control.

Churches becoming state vassals straying from the original idea which Christ brought to prominance. Freedom. Freedom from fear and guilt. Freedom to challenge and remain steadfast.

The liberty we gained through the knowledge of Christ and his powerful sacrifice.

Not to be slaves to human institutions pretending to have gained agency through supposed divine decree.

Thankfully we have a source of historic texts we can reference when these arguments arise. Thats when the ossification of mind becomes evident. Atheists are going to build better sandcastles than satanists who would just draw ugly circles in the sand. And bore you with their stupidity. The atheist would probably have an engineering degree as well.
