He wants security guarantees offered by NATO and the United States (all which should've been discussed behind closed doors). As Zelensky signed an agreement before in 2019 with Macron, Merkel and Putin, yet Putin still broke it
But after all of this, he should've just behaved like a good boy in that conference to at least leave with something
What Russiaphobia? Putin is in the position to do as he pleases. Europe did nothing to stop him. It’s pretty clear agreements mean nothing to him. Ukraine doesn’t have anything going for it, sad as it is to say. It’s a shit situation.
