Disney in Anaheim opened in 1955. That is 68 years ago. An entrance ticket cost $1 back then. Now it costs $150 to enter. So the average inflation for ticket prices over those 68 years since is ± 7,6% annually 😱

Is this inflation, the loss of purchasing power of the dollar, or has Disney really gotten 14562% better?

Sure, some rides from back then would now be considered "lame", but still...
