This remember me the times of '95-2000 when I worked as an accountant for a medium company and tried to explain them how to NOT paying taxes at all.

TAXATION IF THEFT and any accountant must do everything possible to NOT pay any tax.

If an accountant come to you saying "you have to pay x and y".. FIRE HIM !

You pay the accountant to make the papers in such way to not pay any taxes.
