Cash is a bearer instrument that is quite good. Bitcoin is a bearer instrument that depends on what we all are already running anyway...
We have better cash but still Fiat cash is good. Unfortunately the psychological on ramp from Bitcoin to cash and cash to Bitcoin has been scared away.
