USA 🇺🇸: The “New York Times” published two articles in recent days questioning the results of the decriminalization of “hard drugs” in the state of Oregon in force since Feb/21.

Columnist Bret Stephens even declares the release a disaster.

Under the new legislation, those caught with less than one gram of heroin or less than two grams of methamphetamine receive the equivalent of a $100 traffic ticket, which can be waived by calling a treatment referral number and agreeing to participate in a health assessment.
