Building and selling products involves lots of different skill sets. The autist ego dev might be high IQ and great at technical details but fails to see the big picture.
Good marketing, copywriting and storytelling is invaluable in the world we live in.

True. But it is probably even worse when developers think they are great even with marketing and try to do everything themselves. Another non collaborative form of ego.
Of course the same problem arise inverting the roles.
Hi laura 🤟😉🏴☠️ Exactly. You can build the most revolutionary product in the world, but if no one knows about it, does it even exist? Marketing isn’t secondary it’s the bridge between innovation and adoption. The real flex is mastering both.
