There is plenty of free #wifi especially around tourist hotspots. On the login form just add two random-letters or numbers for name and email like xx@xx.com, agree to the privacy but not to receive emails. *Do* use a #VPN (https://protonvpn.com/free-vpn) because 'free wifi' isn't free. We can then use #WifiCalling and https://getsession.org/ for messages.
This is the second time i'm posting this (the first disappeared) so it must be important because the #police and #intelligenceservices don't like it.
#protip: don't turn into a three-year-old with crayon in hand whenever you see a name field. Only provide your *legal name* when legally required to. Use https://fakenamegenerator.com/ otherwise and make sure to save the name, DoB and other details if used, as bookmarking the tab won't.

make sure to use `macchanger` on #Linux **before** connecting to the free wifi =>

sudo apt update
sudo apt install macchanger
ifconfig -a
sudo macchanger -r wlp3s0
```
where `wlp3s0` is what `ifconfig -a` gives you for your wifi device. The `-r` can be replaced with something you get from `macchanger --help`
