I guess I need an eli5 lighting network tutorial lmfao.
I have tried to use a different btc setup other then my old ass node. Finally updating to umbrel and wtf. Honestly my old node is old like 10years old lol.
I didn’t think that trying to use newer stuff like lighting would be so frustrating.
Really feeling like a fossil here considering something like umbrel should have made things simpler right?

as much as they like to say, lightning is still not easy. Sure, open a channel, route some sats. But when things go wrong? knowledge is thin on the ground. By all means - try it out but .. tread carefully. Umbrel is not as foolproof as they like to say. Only use what you can lose.
And I though I was coming into this well read lol
