We tried this app out, at our last #PurpleKonnektiv meetup. This is such a really useful concept.
Meetups are a great place to use Bitcoin because you often end up with group billing situations. One person can cover the bill in fiat, take a picture of the receipt, and then send everyone a link. They can then zap him their portion.
This is the sort of practical app that creates little, impromptu Bitcoin onramps and offramps.

We have already rented a big apartment in the Old Town. Those who have already stayed with us get first dibs on overnights, but if we have any spots leftover after January, we'll announce it on Nostr.
And we'll definitely be at the EXPO and maybe arrange some meetups in the Old Town, so that others can chill with us.
