Gimp would get +21M% more users & +21M% more donations IF they simply copied Adobe Photoshop UI. After all these years, they continue to keep this garbage interface designed by programmers.

Isn't Photopea created by a single guy? How is that even possible? And it runs on the browser!!
AFAIK yes it's a one man project. Too bad it's browser only.
You can run it offline
But that is still in the browser no?
