Many people have a misconception that it's easier to become successful online than in the real world. However, the opposite is actually true. It's much easier to stand out in real life than online.

In a company, if you're competing for a popular position, having a few hundred competitors is already a lot. But online, if you're aiming to be a top-ranked Key Opinion Leader (KOL), you'll be competing against tens of thousands of people. And many of them are very competitive in real life, such as CEOs of companies. They already have advantages from their real-world success when they compete with you.

So, if you want to be a KOL, I think a better path is to first win in the real world, and then use your real-world advantages to compete online.
