Could a second npub be time-stamped on the time chain, so as to be known as the "master npub" to a primary npub. Then if a primary npub is compromised, followers clients upon seeing a "compromised" note from master npub, flag the primary, an alert user, with similar alert to user upon seeing "new npub ###" note from "master npub"?
