I really agree with your point of view! I believe there will be coexistence of both, but certainly, the CEOs of these organizations will by nature incorporate our tools. This makes one thing clear to us: although nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m has mentioned the power of protocols for a long time and explained how they work, and how this would be beneficial to users; they close their eyes to the barriers they would need to overcome, not to mention their personal interests in Fiat.

And here they are, the developers of our modern era who have not limited themselves to what is already permissible; acceptable; easy to do. On the contrary, they are looking for the place where the competition is smaller, where things border on the impossible or the unthinkable before. Always replicating mostly is easier than creating, developing from scratch - because you haven’t found the way. But when done, the molds already exist; even if changed.

Absolutely, legacy platforms are deep in the fiat mindset and likely will not adopt the tools being built on nostr until they’re forced to by market forces.

The people building and innovating here on nostr are like the early adopters of Bitcoin. Paving the way for larger players in the future but they will see disproportionate benefits for being an early adopter.

I have no doubt! It will be magnificent when those who created this environment to which we communicate today; now - see all this in the future and realize the size of what they have built, just like Satoshi. 🗽⚡️
