Bitcoin doesn't need a stablecoin, nor does lightning. Normies dont need to jump through a 'dencentralised' digital dollar to get to holding and transacting satoshis as peers.

It is only volatile in comparison to the fiat shitshow, normies need to think more like sovreign users instead of consumers conditioned to seek a 'safe' 3-5% consistent ROI on their 'investment'... like the BlackRock and co ETF this feels like a psyop to get people to ignore the mamouth in the room. Bitcoin is the money we can use to forge a new economic paradigm.
