Honestly this month has been a rollercoaster already , and I’m taking my plunge to quit a lot of unhealthy habits, including my medications for my mental health. Time to pick up some good habits along the way!

The only thing I am concerned about are my smoking and mental health problems. If you have any amazing recommendations for great habits to replace old ones , please let me know in the comments below!

Great habits to replace old ones, stretching, yoga, push-ups/sit-ups/pull-ups/jogging.
