And why would you even mine in a pool with a bitaxe? That is the most stupid thing you can do. It's a lottery miner build for solo mining.

Solo pools. Hosting your own solo pool or using public solo pools like public pool or the Noderunners pool.
You can mine only SHA-256 so:
