This administration's attack on universities is equivalent to Operation Choke Point, just on the other side. They pretend they are not doing it and base their claims on bogus reports, just like the previous administration did with crypto. It's more of the same: the state being the state and trying to control speech.
State is archaic concept that will die out sooner than most statustd expect
