Grilled up some elk finally, it was excellent.
Need to make sure i get an elk yearly 😂, easier said than done tho

Looks great! How did it taste?
It was really good! Not quite wagyu ribeye, but for a meat with almost zero fat content it was very flavorful-kind of like beef but a little sweet
Nice! I still yet to try elk meat lol
