Almost every morning, I cook up a breakfast to enjoy with my son before he goes to work, or when he comes back after a night shift.

For supper last night, I made butter chicken.

Loves me some butter chicken. Never made it myself, but an Indian restaurant I used to go to often had the Indian version and my god was that good. And not that its even almost the same, but whenever I make a whole chicken, I make a small slice into the skin on the breasts and put some butter under the skin before cooking. Gives it some extra yummy and extra juiciness. I
