We all wish to be FREE, to be able to live the life we want.

But do you think you are really free? What does your gut say?

In fact, our gut, that miniature biome, which lives inside our intestines, populated by trillions of microscopic organisms - they control our eating habits and even emotions.

We are the inmates of that system.

Can you see yourself in the following situation? You regularly want to snack, you feel bored and look for something in the fridge or even though you have recently eaten, you go to have a desert and so on, not to mention the kind of food.

And that is one of the reason our organism tends to become intoxicated systematically throughout life.

To escape this imprisonment, we have to regularly clean our body.

One of the very practical, some might say that not difficult yogic practice is called Shanka Prakshalana.

Cleaning our body and most importantly that digestive system, which tends to work without much of relaxation.

Like a river we wash our intestines, do a restart and prepare ourself to a new journey.

To be free is to let go what is not needed for us and also take in control what must be taken.

We have to reach a balance โš–๏ธ
