Hopefully in some time but cannot wait till mempool TX accelerator is available, that will make users much more chilling while sending their TXs.

The spammy transactions will continue until people pay higher fees. The miners are flexing. LukeDashJr is being squeezed to support drivechains. Probably the ransom for his coins.
