I wish I had that superpower. If I went to bed at 9pm I'd wake up at 2am and not be able to get back to sleep, wrecking the rest of the day. I've tried many, many times. It just doesn't work with my body's internal clock.

6 is my typical. Occasionally 8. I used to require 8 until going carnivore about six months ago. Since then my need for sleep has reduced significantly.
