I mean to ask you for an update on the fast - how did it go? What were the pros and cons in your experience? (Sorry if you did actually post this and I missed it 🙈)
No problem. It went pretty well all things considered. I stopped at 92 hours, just under 4 days, and I did end up feeling better after. Though I just had a surgery on my knee a few days ago that I'm recovering from now. I think fasting was a good way to get my body ready for that.
Thanks Jay, I've heard such good things about fasting and how it can help the body immensely. Sorry about the knee, are you recovering well? Do you need all of Nostr to show up with food for you? 😁
😁 my mom is staying with me and my sister is visiting regularly while I'm bedridden so I have no shortage of food. I think it'll be a very slow recovery process since I got my ACL completely replaced. I'm just going to take my time and do it right 👍
