I have always been and still am an optimistic person. It is my nature to see the positive and good in situations and people.

Of course, I have been disappointed as well. Of course I have encountered people who have behaved badly towards me. Of course, I also had to experience and try to cope with many difficult and challenging situations professionally. And of course, not everything was always good.

Quite the opposite. Since the beginning of the year, I have experienced so much pain, loss and bad as I could not imagine. I was mentally in the darkest places. Despondent.

In the end, it's my optimism that keeps me going.

I can still enjoy things like rainbows, sunsets and sunrises. I can laugh with the people I love, give them a hug. I can make plans for the future. Look forward to the future. Believe that it holds many good things for me.

I still have a positive view of people.
