You're rocking it. How long do you plan on following the carnivore diet?
Discussion
Experimenting phase. Trying it out for May to see if I can do it. My main foods will be meat, eggs, and water. I’m still on coffee/whole milk and occasional sugar free energy drinks but trying to ween off those in this process.
A few tools in my box:
1. Ribeye steaks in the air fryer for 7 mins
2. Hard boiled eggs in the fridge
3. Ghee for scrambling eggs
4. Smoke a large Tri-tip and eat it over a few days
5. McDonald’s and In-N-Out burgers plain when on the go. INO is especially good because they’re familiar with custom requests on patty count.
6. Ground beef with scrambled eggs and butter
7. When the family is eating chicken for dinner, I enjoy the variety of food and the socializing of a meal together at the table. This is huge for me. I want to be part of the family as much as I can in this process. I try to eat what they eat for dinner, albeit just the meat portion.
I use pink himalayan salt when possible, mostly because people say I should. I’m still learning the why behind that.

Nice, that's a basically what the carnivore diet is, nice and simple.
Pink salts are recommended mainly because they contain other minerals, like magnesium, potassium, calcium, etc., instead of being just sodium chloride. Also, regular table salt goes through processing like bleaching, but it's not the most important thing you can do to impact your health, normal table salt is just fine.
