Interestingly, 3 years ago, I gave two of my nephews 250,000 BTC each. They were older, so I gave them the seed phrase on their cards.
One is a gamer, so he sold his immediately, after the price had crashed, to buy in-game shitcoins and spent them all.
The younger is not very technical so hasn’t touched them (I still have the seed phrases and check occasionally).
The younger one turns 18 in a couple of years time. I might, on his birthday message him the current value of his holding in GBP
