Meaning a physical exam should be part of the licensing exam requirements? Or people (patients) should self select healthy doctors from the available pool of physicians?

Healthcare isn't the only profession where incompetence and complacency can be harmful to one's health.
Many healthcare professionals are unhealthy due to their working hours and prioritising other's health over their own. The industry needs reform. I blame the government when it's government run, and the regulations when it's private.
