Except for a rare few, the people I've known most of my life, tech savvy or not, are still on Facebook. I look at their posts, carefully avoiding the ads. Almost never comment. My blog auto-posts there, but that's it.

And I fucking miss it. I miss being in the same space with my friends. I really miss engagement, which here is about zero.

I hate fb. The ads make me depressed. No blocker works for long, and they always mess things up. The algorithm makes me want to scream.
