And the api changes every 6 months

Their marketing is pretty good though.

I was suckered in for some time. It's a tire fire.

Nostr is the way

Nostr and ipfs are very different things. Ipfs works well enough for content addressable storage.

While true, nostr has shown much more usefulness without hype much much faster
