Push notifications or just notifications in the app? Are you using Amber? Play version or FDroid?
Amethyst only shows notifications that cite you directly. So, only replies to a message authored by you are shown.
FYI nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z I'm still not getting most notifications. Getting annoying but maybe it's not an issue with anyone but me.

Top Navigation bar is selected for Global?
Which other client are you using to see it? Are the relay list the same between the two?
Top nav bar set to All Follows. To see comments im actually going to my,profile here and scrolling down to posts and clicking on them.
Oh interesting... So, with All Follows you are supposed to only see comments and zaps from the folks you are folliwing. Do you see them when you mark as Global? Is it happening only with zaps and replies? Or with likes and retweets as well?
